English Without Borders Network (EWB) is excited to announce that we are preparing for one of our biggest annual events, the EWB National Conference, which will take place on October 24-25, 2025, in Dushanbe. This national conference brings together English language educators, trainers, partner organizations, and education leaders from across Tajikistan and other countries to exchange innovative teaching ideas, promote professional collaboration, and celebrate excellence in education.

To capture the energy, impact, and inspiration of this important event, we are looking to hire a professional photographer-videographer to join our team for the conference.

The content produced during the conference will be used across EWB’s website, publications, social media platforms, and future promotional materials, making it a critical part of how we communicate our work and mission.

Scope of Work

The photographer-videographer will be contracted for two full working days during the conference (October 24-25). Responsibilities include:

• Full photo and video coverage of both conference days
• Capturing high-quality images of the opening and closing ceremonies, panel discussion, workshops, participants, speakers, and guests, networking moments, and group photos, and delivering at least 150 edited photos per day
• Recording short video clips throughout the event for stories and posts, and creating a 2-3 minute highlight video summarizing the conference
• Delivering raw footage + edited videos within agreed deadlines

Minimum Qualifications

Experience	Proven experience in event photography/videography (portfolio required)
Equipment	Must have own professional camera, lenses, stabilizer
Editing	Ability to produce professionally edited photos and videos
Creativity	Strong sense of storytelling, framing, and visual composition
Professionalism	Ability to work under time pressure and manage priorities
Communication	Responsive, collaborative team player
