The Best Ways of Increasing Students’ Vocabulary

📣 Please join us for the Thursday series of EWB Webinars! This week on March 3 at 18:00, we will host Mohirakhon Husnidinzoda who will talk about “The Best Ways of Increasing Students’ Vocabulary” 👩‍🏫.

📚 Mohirakhon Husnidinzoda holds two postgraduate degrees, from Khujand State University, faculty of foreign languages, and OSCE Academy, Politics and Security.

✔️ Due to her passion for teaching kids, first Mohirakhon Husnidinzoda worked as an English teacher of Young Learners at Arkon Educational Group for about four years, and eventually as a result of her professional achievements and acknowledgment from her learners, she was promoted to the position of the Head of YL department.

✔️ While leading this position, she felt a need to develop her method of teaching, therefore she took the TESOL course and successfully completed the program in 2018.

✔️ Since then, with the widened teaching expertise, Mohirakhon Husnidinzoda is focusing more on developing learners’ critical thinking skills. She participated in the summer program organized to improve academic writing skills and research skills.

🤓 She conducted several teacher training courses for secondary school teachers on the topics such as the following:
1️⃣ Peculiarity of teaching YLs;
2️⃣ Development of four skills in Kids;
3️⃣ Classroom management and discipline;
4️⃣ Integration of Critical Thinking activities into ESL classes.

🤓 In addition, as an active member of EWB and EWB Master Workshop grantee Mohirakhon successfully conducted teacher training sessions in the summer of 2021 in Khujand.
