Experiential Language Learning in Children’s Camps
Please join us for the Thursday series of EWB Webinars. This week on July 1 at 18:00, we will host Lara Ravitch who will talk about “Experiential Language Learning in Children’s Camps”. 
Lara Ravitch is a Senior Instructor at the American English Institute at the University of Oregon and has been a language camp director for over 15 years. She holds two master’s degrees, in Teaching Foreign Languages and Special Education, and has worked as a language teacher and program administrator in a variety of contexts in the US and abroad. She regularly leads online training courses for participants from around the world and has served as an English Language Specialist in Bolivia and as a peer mentor for English language camp directors in Russia. Her topics of interest include experiential language learning, language assessment, identity in the language classroom, and supporting language learners with disabilities.
